City of Broomfield spring cleanup starts April 24

The City of Broomfield is having their  annual spring cleanup beginning April 24 and will continue May 1 and 8. The city will take and dispose of large, non-hazardous items that are left along curbs on the designated days. The city is divided into three parts.  Each weekend a different part will have a pick up. The opportunity is free to residents, who must have items on the curb by 7 a.m. More information about the event is available at broomfield.org. Residents with hazardous materials, such as cleaning agents with toxic chemicals, can dispose of the materials on May 8. To schedule an appointment to drop off the material, call 303-438-6334.
